List My 5 - Ground Floor Writing Site Opportunity

I've been quite busy the past few weeks learning the ropes and promoting a cool new residual income site called ListMy5. Listmyfive.com is a freelance writing site where writer's post Top Five Lists on a variety of topics.  It's got a very simple to use publishing tool and some very enthusiastic users that have been tirelessly promoting the site to improve LM5's google ranking. Just do a Twitter search for #LM5 and you'll see what I mean.

I've found plenty of eHow friends on this new site and we all see the potential in it as it is setup very similar to the old ehow. If you know anything about ehow, you probably know that it was people like me and you that contributed those "How To's" that rocketed ehow to the first page of google searches.  Ehow writers are still enjoying monthly income from articles they wrote several years ago, myself included.  You can even drive more traffic to those old ehow articles by linking them to the new content you post on LM5 if the topics are relevant to each other. As noted in this Click Real Style blogpost, the simple list format used by LM5 will appeal to many web surfers searching for quick answers and information on their topic of interest.

Take a look at My Top Five Lists to get an idea of what you can write about. Browse around and read and rate some others if you have the time. If you're interested in adding your own Top Five Lists just signup here  (FREE of course). If you do join LM5, let me know and I'll help promote your lists on Twitter.  Getting in now and writing and promoting could prove to be a smart move. Only time will tell and I'm excited to see what happens going forward.  Please help spread the word by tweeting this post.  :)

  1. Still on the fence about this site. I want to see some ad sharing revenue show up before I am willing to invest more time at this site.

  2. I joined LM5 at the end of September and have made some money on my 9 lists. I can see the potential for this site especially with a core base of excited authors.

  5. I definitely believe in the potential that LM5 has. I feel like I got on eHow a little too late (I still get $10-$20 a month from them though, which is better than nothing...) but I feel like I am at the forefront of what is to come from LM5 and that feels awesome! I hope it works out well for all of us.
    Peace and Love,

  6. My ehow earnings have increased since linking some ehow articles to my LM5 lists. I think these two sites compliment each other very well and it's been very easy to rework/rewrite ehow content into a list format which you can then link back to the original ehow article.
